In this paper, RF loss of the comb-type capacitive transmission Line (CCTL) on GaAs substrate was investigated. Concretely, attenuation constant was extracted from insertion loss of the CCTL. According to the results, the attenuation constant ・ was lower than 0.7 NP/mm for the CCTL structure with a lc of 10 ・.
