[Invited Talk] UV light laser and DUV light emitting devices

(in English) In this report a concept of nonlinear photonic crystal with hetero-structure will be introduced and UV laser by the second harmonics generation using this nonlinear photonic crystal will be explained. in addition this topic a new anti-surfactant quantum dots formation technique for UV laser will be explained and the GaN quantum dots laser for UV laser will be explained. Finally, present status of light emitting source operated in Deep UV light region will be introduced.
