The LiMn2O4 films for Li secondary batteries have been prepared by a RF magnetron sputtering method. In this research, we have prepared LiMn2O4 films under various conditions, measured the film thickness of them, identified the materials by X-ray diffraction and observed the surface by scanning electron microscopy. We evaluated the variation of film properties with varying preparation. The relationship between film thickness and deposition time was clarified. The film composition was identified through comparing film thickness by using both gravimetric and physical methods. |
