Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) For its rich natural resources and attractive environment for scientific research, equatorial region of the Moon is one of the major candidates for constructing future manned base, but during the Moon night of 14 days period the base cannot generate electricity from solar power and has to meet the consumption only by a battery. In this paper, a satellite which transmits solar energy toward Moon base via laser light is presented as an additional energy source of the base. This satellite also relays communication between Moon and Earth to powerfully support various lunar missions.
