Examination of microwave properties of HTS films for NMR pick-up coils

(in English) In order to increase a sensitivity of NMR pick-up coils, we examined superconducting NMR pick-up coils. In this paper, we showed the microwave properties (especially surface resistance: Rs) of HTS thin films. We measured Rs of HTS thin films with various thicknesses in a high magnetic field of up to 12 T, and examined the dc magnetic field dependence of the Rs. As a result, the Rs of YBCO thin films of 300 nm thick at T = 10 K and B = 10 T was three order magnitude smaller than that of copper. These results show that a YBCO thin film of 300 nm thick was useful as the material of NMR pick-up coils.
