光計測技術における位相アンラッピングの問題にたいして,情報統計力学にもとづく最大事後周辺確率推定による位相アンラッピングの手法を構築する.また,本手法の性能を明らかにするために,マルコフ連鎖モンテカルロ法等のシミュレーションおよび解析的な計算技法による接近を行い,この問題にたいする情報統計力学の有効性を明らかにする. |

On the basis of analogy between statistical mechanics and Bayesian inference, we constructed a method of phase unwrapping (PU) for a typical wave-front by utilizing the maximizer of the posterior marginal (MPM) estimate corresponding to the equilibrium statistical mechanics of the 3-state Q-Ising model on the square lattice. In order to clarify the performance of the present method, we estimated static property of the present method based on phase diagram of this model using the Monte Carlo simulation for the typical wave-front in adaptive optics. The simulations clarified that the present method reconstructs the original wave-front under the constraint of the surface-consistency condition and then that the prior information is useful for expanding the region where the MPM estimate reconstructs the original wave-fronts with high accuracy under the constraint of the surface-consistency condition. Also, we investigated the dynamic property of the present method based on time evolution of the mean square error. We found that the present method succeeds in reconstructing original wave-front in adaptive optics more smoothly with the increase in a parameter corresponding to the absolute temperature. |
