Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) Recently, the usage of the RFID reader writer equipment of the equipment built-in type used in the access control management and the office security management, etc. has extended as a security application product using the contactless IC card and Radio Frequency Identification. As for the equipment reader/writer of RFID, There are the passive NFC reader/writer for the HF band of 13.56MHz, and A Gen2 reader/writer, for the UHF band of 950MHz, and μ-chip reader/writer for microwave band of 2.45GHz. The frequency band's that uses it according to each application usage being applied and being expected in the future are 920MHz band after frequency reorganizations, is scheduled for July, 2012. In this report, the development of the transceiver circuit of UHF band reader was examined (transmitter architecture.), it measured, and it evaluated it as RFID passive reader/writer.
