The proposal of the realization method of the portability of EV battery by construction of a virtual home network

(in English) We propose a method for performing a virtual transmission where the power generation and consumption by Electric Vehicle (EV) in remote areas except its owner’s home is regarded as the power generation and consumption at home.
To realize the virtual transmission, a new bundle with special features is added to OSGi which is a platform of the home gateway. This bundle provides a communication function by IP between home gateways and manages the price of smart meters according to power generation and consumption in remote areas. The use of the bundle enables EV in remote areas to charge and discharge, and the power rate in the single family is reduced.
