Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) Various kind of control protocols such as ZigBee, ECHONET, or UPnP have been designed to control home appliances via network.
In this situation, there might be a home which have more than one home appliances that are controlled with different kind of control protocols.
In this paper, we propose home appliance control method which enables one controller to control home appliances that are controlled with different kind of protocols.
Using this method, the controller finds an appropriate protocol to control target appliance without user setting.
Therefore, it makes easier to control appliances.
