| (in English) | In this paper, we propose a remote support system for cooking rehabilitation of cognitive dysfunctions. Cooking is one of the popular rehabilitation themes for cognitive dysfunctions. However, the cooking rehabilitation needs a long time and requires rehabilitation trainers to be beside a trainee, who has cognitive dysfunctions and challenges to the cooking rehabilitation, during the training. In order to support the trainers’ task, our system notifies the trainers when the dangerous situation, such as using a cooking knife to cut food, began, so that the rehabilitation trainers can monitor the rehabilitation more effectively. | |
