| (in English) | We designed and developed a learning support environment which advises a learner on a correct apple holding and a correct knife handling for improving his/her apple peeling. The learning support environment is designed by apple peeling expert’s motion data. We verified the learning effect by comparing experimental group with control group. In the training phase of the evaluation experiment, each learner in the control group only watched each movie of his/her apple peeling; experimental group not only watched each movie of his/her apple peeling but also used our learning support environment. After the evaluation experiment, we conducted a questionnaire survey. We found that the experimental group got more concrete and various awareness than the control group. | |
