Body-Braille is one of the signal transmission system for people with impaired vision and hearing. They can receive the information by reading the vibration of the motor of Braille on the skin attached to any point in the body. The transfer rate of should be faster desirable to be much faster transmission, but this wave is determined by frequency of the motor, drive time and output type of vibration. In this study, two types of motor vibration can be used in the Body-Braille to compare the differences in perception of vibration on the skin with the transverse and longitudinal vibration. And we confirmed the effective vibration pattern of motor. |
