Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) The authors carried out research and development of virtualization of network appliances that use Openflow technology. In data center operations, operators perform enhance security by the separation among the tenants network using VLAN tags. Therefore, the authors study the method to achieve a load balancing on a network that is separated into each VLAN of the tenant in a lower cost. In the process, we focused on Openflow technology that can handle the VLAN tags in a load balancing program. And we implemented a load balancing function using Openflow software switch and controller, and verified the feasibility. In addition, performance measurement was performed when the equipment was operated as a load-balanced switch Openflow software, made it clear on the performance issues.
