| (in English) | Nowadays farmers are using paper to write their farming journal. When the amount data increasing this method needs a lot of papers and makes it difficult to compare and find past data. Therefore, it becomes hard to manage cultivation and to calculate farming cost. For a huge farming corporation who’s a large scale of workers and farm field, it’s impossible to find the best way managing cultivation and calculating farming cost in the paper-based method. To solve this problem, our research group proposes cultivation and farming cost management system by using Informatics and Communication Technology. Our system consists of Smartphone, PC for office and Cloud Server. Each worker will have a smartphone in their pocket, so they can check information of field in real time or report works which have finished to farming headquarter office. In the headquarter office, our Cloud system automatically manage field information, create work plan and estimate farming cost. Development of system for smartphone is the main object of this paper. In our system users can check their daily plan, get current forecast information, get detailed information about field and create memo with photo attached. Thus, we evaluated the usability of the system for smartphone and found that the system has utility value for farmer users. | |
