| (in English) | In this paper， a low power consumption L-band common source amplifier. Is proposed and the performances of the amplifier are experimentally confirmed. The input and output ports of the proposed amplifier is matched by using both the lumped and distributed elements. The design frequency is 1.0 GHz. With the minimum gain of 8.25 dB over the range between 0.83 and 1.03 GHz. Power consumption was only 1.2 mW. | |
