| (in English) | Destruction of obstacles by snow blowers is critical issue. To solve this problem, we study a snow blower support ICT system in which obstacles are notified to snow blowers by referring to a pre-produced obstacle map with very highly location information that can be acquired from RTK-GPS. In this system, we utilize OpenVPN for automatically establishing connections between the RTK-GPS server and snow blowers, and we utilize Retransmission-Controlled TCP for transmitting the latest data in the hilly and mountainous area. However, OpenVPN and Retransmission-Controlled TCP cannot be used simultaneously. To solve this problem, we have proposed an extended version of Retransmission-Controlled TCP that can transmit the latest data even when OpenVPN is used. | |
