When telecommunication malfunctions occurred by conductive disturbance waves, the best solutions are to specify and remove the disturbance sources or insert the noise filters against sources. However, there are several difficulties to specify the disturbance sources. In this paper, we propose a detection technique of propagation direction for disturbance waves by calculating power spectrum from measured disturbance wave voltages and currents. As a result, we obtained the sign of power spectrum indicates the correct direction of applied disturbance waves. Also, we applied this method to telecommunication malfunctions actually occurred by conductive disturbance waves and we could specify the disturbance sources. |
