Radar Cross-section for Near-field Region

(in English) In general radar cross section (RCS) is defined in far region, it is necessary to evaluate RCS in near region when radar is located near the target.Radar technology for the collision avoidance is remarkable developed, for example, in this situation the distance between the radar and target changes from far to near region.In this report, we consider the near-field evaluation by high-frequency asymptotic method and formulate multiple reflections by using, especially, geometrical optics approach for corner-reflector with surface impedance, which approach is effective for electrically large target compared with wavelength of operating frequency.
