In a living or a death leaf of a plant"Kapok",photothermal wave signals were investigated using light emission diodes and laser diodes. Detections of photothermal signals were performed by a PVDF transducer. Light emission diodes with 450nm,530nm, and 660nm were used selectively to measere temporal decreases of CO2 concentration. And also laser irradiated light of 633nm or 654nm was used to measure phase difference of photohtermal singal of a living leaf. |
