| (in English) | Nowadays, tablet device such as iPad2 is getting popular as a platform for portable wireless computing and is used in various communication scenarios, such as web browsing and e-mail transmissions. However, iPad2 is newly introduced in the market and it may possibly have some differences form the common notebook computers. So, we analyze the behaviors of iPad2 TCP communication, which works as a basis of various communication applications. In this analysis, we examine the TCP communication in various conditions by introducing transmission errors. We analyze the segment sequences in detail. This paper shows the evaluation results and points out some issues which iPad2 has in its TCP implementation. | |
