Position Prediction Method Using Wind Velocity for a Moving Target

(in English) This paper addresses long-term position prediction method for a moving target to avoid static obstacles, the position and region of which are known. As a conventional method, a constant velocity model is conceivable. However, its prediction performance deteriorates due to the model inconsistency when the target avoids obstacles or the target velocity
vector changed by wind. In this paper, we propose the position prediction method using multiple maneuver model to take into account the acceleration to avoid obstacles and the velocity vector which changes with wind vector. Through computer simulation trials, the validity of our method is examined.
