(in English) For the understand of thermal effect by ultrasonic in body, the estimation of temperature rise in tissue using phantom was examined. We have been report the measurements by thermo couple and the simulations of temperature distribution in phantom. Recently, the infrared imaging method was use in temperature distribution measurement. This method can measure temperature 2-D distribution easily. In this paper, we measured the temperature distribution in split phantom by infrared camera, when the acoustic energy was changed by varying the sound intensity and the pulse repetition frequency (PRF). In addition, we measured the distribution in which the phantom was put on the reflector or the absorber. And, the heat transfer value was calculated from total heat quantity in phantom.
