Access systems based on synchronous Ethernet(SyncE) have been developed and frequency synchronization characteristics has been evaluated. These systems employ clock cards in OLT, which synchronize to PRC signal and provide internal synchronized clock signals to OSUs. By employing SyncE with OSUs and ONUs, UNI signal achieved frequency synchronization to PRC with efficient high précision. These systems also support ESMC messages as SSMs. |
