| (in English) | The Great East Japan Earthquake and the successive tsunami on 11 March 2011 caused an unforgettable historical tragedy that urges governments and industries to re-exam the whole concepts of social utilities including the telecom infrastructure. The fast understanding of the surrounding situation help people confirm the safety of relatives and prevent second disasters. The remaining network resources could be of use for the communication in the affected area. It may allow people to communicate via the devices and applications they are quite familiar with in their daily lives. This paper discusses the application of IBE (ID-based Encryption) to NDN (Named Data Networking) architecture as the platform for mobile communications. The deployment of distributed autonomous system could improve the fault-resilience in access networks since it provides an alternative for the redundancy-lacking current access networks. | |
