| (in English) | In these days, it is expected that the estimates of the tracking filter using α-β filters can predict the future position of the aircraft to avoid the collision. However, conventional α-β filters such as an MV (Minimum Variance) filter, a BV (Best Velocity) filter, an RA (Random Acceleration) filter, and an RV (Random Velocity) filter are racking precision. So, new α-β filters i.e., nspp (n-step predicted position) filters have been proposed. It is theoretically proven that nspp filters have performed well in 1-dimensional space. However performance in 3-dimensional space has not been studied yet. In this paper, performances of the nspp filters are compared with conventional α-β filters using a linear uniform target in a three-dimensional space using Monte Carlo simulation and field data under the condition that the velocity filter gain is constant. | |
