An heuristic algorithm for TSP by region segmentation correspond to instance characteristics -- The solution by the operation using P type Fourier descriptor --

(in English) A Fourier descriptor is often used for approximation to curves.
An improvement of the performance of a solution is aimed by using the approximate solution of a solution candidate. This method is carried out domain division in the frequency domain which is expressed by Fourier-transformed solution candidate to approximate the solution. In this report, we use P type descriptor as a Fourier transformation. Moreover, a method of perturbation to a candidate solution for an unknown instances of is given to improve it by introducing a form filter by a Fourier descriptor for one of already solved instances which has similar spectrum with the unknown one.
