[Invited Talk] Design Methodology of Group Signature Circuits for Cloud Servers and Clients
Sumio Morioka, Jun Furukawa, Yuichi Nakamura, Kazue Sako (NEC) CAS2011-90
Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) Group signature is one of the main theme in recent digital signature studies. The scheme allows users to sign anonymously, yet demonstrate to a verifier that he or she belongs to a certain privileged group. However, because of the high computational complexity, hardware accelerators has been desired for the use both in low power and slow clock embedded/mobile devices and in cloud servers which have to process multiple number of
signature requests simultaneously. While H/W accelerator architecture for servers and that for client devices are different, we can use the same H/W design methodology where the architectures are explored automatically by a custom-made HLS (High Level Synthesis) tool.
