Distortion Compensation of Class-E Power Amplifier Modulating Envelope Pulse Width for Quadrature Amplitude Modulation Signal

(in English) Transmitter in wireless communication is required to be efficient, linearity, low distortion. Envelope Pulse Width Modulation (EPWM) has high efficiency and linearity because of translating Pulse Width Modulation signal. It’s suitable for Class E Power Amplifier because of removing harmonic and getting high efficiency for switching action of transistor. But it’s the assignment to generate distortion for transient response of transistor bias and passive because Class-E Power Amplifier is inputted burst action signal. Using Class-E power amplifier of 0.18-μm CMOS process it’s assess the distortion being inputted EPWM signal in 16QAM by Error Vector Magnitude. In addition, it reports to improve the feature of distortion compensating the signals of baseband.
