Flexible Organic Transistors Fabricated by Hotpress Method

(in English) In this study, we fabricated TTC18-TTF transistors on glass and polyimide substrates by the hotpress method. This method is a novel solvent-free printing method which fabricates organic semiconductor device by melting and pressurizing organic compound between two substrates. Using this approach, TTC18-TTF crystals grew larger than channel length on glass substrates. The hole mobility of FET using glass substrates was 7 times higher than that by the cast method. The mobility degradation at bending radius of 5 mm was less than 4%.
