| (in English) | Mismatch MEG responses were measured for 3 pattern of omission of one tone in the descending C major scale and the results were compared with the previous results for ascending scale. The stimulus Pattern used were PBS(prolong the tone preceding the tone to be omitted),RBS(repeat the tone preceding the tone to be omitted) and the third pattern was to simply silence the target tone(OMI). In contrast to the ascending scale experiment, the descending scale did not produce significant difference between PBS and RBS result. The PBS-D results were significantly different for ascending and descending scale but the RBS results did not show significant difference between the tows scale. | |
