| (in English) | Nowadays, research on biotechnology is progressing rapidly. The nanometer, or the size of atoms and molecules, is now the base unit in biotechnology. Ferritin spherical hollow sell is composed of 24 polypeptide subunits. The inner and outer diameters of the protein shell are about 7 nm and 13 nm, respectively. The advantage of ferritins is that they can reproduce internal core homogeneous. In this research, the two-dimensional array of ferritin which recognizes Titanium (Titanium Binding Ferritin : TBF) was carried out on Titanium electrodes, and it was compared before and after adsorption by using atomic force microscope. The sample was then heated to 500 ℃ for 1hr. This result in the TBF particles being broken down on the Ti electrodes by heating. | |
