Estimation of Absorbed Power in Human Body Using a Reverberation Chamber
Katsushige Harima (NICT) EMCJ2011-105
Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) The estimation technique for the whole-body absorbed power using a reverberation chamber is presented. The measurement method for determination of the absorbed power is based on measuring the loss power expressed by S-parameters and the power density in the unloaded chamber . In addition, this technique is also presented from another approach using the antenna radiation efficiency. The measured result of the whole-body absorbed power of a human volunteer is shown from 1 to 4 GHz.
