| (in English) | One of the recent intense interests in nanoimprinting technologies stems from potential ability to easily fabricate the micro and/or nano structures to control both the optical birefringence and light diffraction for highly-functionalized optical devices. Optical properties of imprinted gratings are expected to be strongly dependent on both light wavelength and grating period and therefore to be dependent on. In the present study, to efficiently develop the highly-functionalized optical devices with the micro and/or nano structures fabricated using nanoimprinting technologies, we clarify that three kinds of calculation methods, i.e. EMT, diffraction and FDTD, should be used appropriately. | |
