In order to examine that properties of OLEDs with ITO thin films deposited at low temperature, ITO films was deposited on glass, PEN and acrylic substrate by RF-DC coupled magnetron sputtering, and preparation of OLEDs was attempted on those ITO films. As a result, there were few characteristic differences of the OLEDs with substrate materials at the substrate temperature less than 60℃. But the detachment of the ITO films from an acrylic substrate at substrate temperature more than 80℃ was observed. Therefore, the preparation of the OLEDs on acrylic substrate was difficult when ITO films were deposited at substrate more than 80℃ temperature on acrylic substrate. |
