(in English) This invited talk introdues "Highly Dependable Wireless" technologies as the most promised field of research and development as well as a global business innovation. In particular, first medical healthcare based on advanced ICT so-called "Medical ICT" will be overviewed in R&D, standardzation and business, and then a wide varaiety of applications of
dependable wireless will be inroduced by discussing on core technologies for dependability of wireless romote senssing and controlling. In fact, software defined or reconfigulable radio and congnitive senssing and radio networking may be focued at the end.
