Traditionally, there is a technology that detects objects with SIFT (Scale-Invariant Feature Transform) that obtained features from local images in object detection. SIFT has robust features which are invariant to image scaling, and rotation, illumination changes. We conceive robust features which are invariant to image scaling, and rotation, illumination changes, and geometrical changes from invariant features jaggedness of hue histogram. We then propose a method of object detection based on these robust features. We experiment on simulation with CG (Computer Graphics) to evaluate valid of this technology especially for geometrical changes against SIFT. |
