| (in English) | A novel semi-passive multi-media RF-tags using 5 GHz band for simultaneous distance/speed measurement and data transmission with 50 m reading range is proposed. Tag is composed of a sensor, a wearable cavity-backed slot antenna, a resonant open stub circuit for boosting the rectified DC voltage and a pulse key detector for the protocol operation. Multi-subcarrier multilevel phase shift keying (MPSK) scattering communications are employed for the 40 kbps data transmissions at Fs2=125 kHz and the 80 kbps data transmission at the Fs3=250 kHz, as well as the distance measurement of 5 cm resolution and the speed measurement of 10cm/s accuracy using Fs1=32.768kHz free running oscillator. Experimental study of fabricated semi-passive RF-tags, i.e., tags for simultaneous distance/speed measurement and sensing data monitor by using FDMA technique is described, and tags for multi-targets tracking by using TDMA technique are presented. | |
