This paper proposes a mediation agent on twitter for fast response Q & A service. A real-time web which can provide user with information as soon as it is published by its authors has been proposed like the twitter. By using the technology, Q & A services have been also developed. However, these services cannot collect reliable information because there is no function to
select an appropriate candidate of answerer. This paper proposes an agent on twitter, which has functions of 1) summarization of an answer, 2) selection of appropriate answerer, and 3) offering of a question, for a fast response Q & A system to collect reliable answer. In this paper, we describe a selection method of appropriate answerer in consideration of expertise, possibility of
a response, and reliability of answer. |
