| 抄録 | （和） | 今日，視覚障害者の行動支援について多くの研究がなされている．しかしながら，ごく最近になっても視覚障害者がプラットホームから線路へ転落して死亡するといった事故が起きている．事故の重大さから考えると，歩行路上の障害物検出以上に，プラットホーム端や下り階段を検出して転落事故を防止する行動支援が必要と判断される．筆者らは，視覚障害者の行動支援として，これまでにプラットホーム端や下り階段など足場が不連続に欠落するような場面での周辺状況認知を研究してきた．我々の手法では，ステレオ視を用いて前方3箇所の距離情報を時系列的に計測し，その距離ベクトルから利用者の行動と周辺状況の変化を同時に検出する．本稿では，距離ベクトル測定に基づいて，階段や障害物などの周辺状況および直線歩行・回転・停止などの人の動作の判断手法について説明する．また，人の動作と周辺状況の組み合わせ検出による視覚障害者のための周辺状況認知について議論する． |
| （英） | At present, a lot of action support methods for the visually handicapped persons are researched. However, the most recently, the accident of the visually handicapped person who fell from the platform to the railway track and died has happened. Considering the importance of the accident, it seems that the action support that prevents the fall accident by detecting platform edge and the descending stairs is necessary more than detecting the obstruction of the walking road. We have been studying the surrounding situation sensing in the scene at discontinuous walking field such as the platform edge and the descending stairs as action support for the visually handicapped person. In our method, the distance values of three places are measured as the time series data by using the stereo vision. And, the behavior of the user and the change of the surrounding situation are detected at the same time based on those distance vectors. In this paper, based on the distance vectors measurement by the stereo vision, we will explain the judgment technique of the surrounding situation such as the stairs and the obstacle, and the detecting method of the user's behavior such as the straight line walking, the rotation and the stopping. And we will discuss the surrounding situation sensing for visually handicapped person using the combination detection of the surrounding situation and the user's behavior. | |
