[Technology Exhibit] Multiple Signal Identification Equipment Based on Cyclostationarity

Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) A cyclostationary feature detection is considered as one of major sensing techniques for a cognitive radio system due to its capabilities such as classifying co-existing signals exhibiting different cyclostationarity, relaxing assumptions on noise statistics and
an asynchronous in both the time and the frequency domains.
The problem of the conventional cyclostationary feature detection is that the detection probability of weak signals worsens if multiple signals with defferent received-power levels are captured simultaneously.
The multiple signal identification method has been studied in order to solve such problem.
This paper presents a multiple signal identification equipment which can run the conventional or the proposed multiple signal identification algorithms.
By applying the proposed method, the multiple signal identification equipment can detect the presence of multiple input signals with defferent power levels and identify the co-existing signals.
