Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) Recently, the foreign gene transfection in to the cell has been important for gene therapy. We have developed a new method that has used the laser induced stress wave (LISW) generating by the pulse laser irradiation to the solid material as “ gene delivery system without the virus vector “ up to now. We used a black rubber as a solid material and Q switch Nd : YAG pulse laser to irradiate in order to transduce the LISW to HeLa cells from human womb cervix cancer cell. We examined the influence of the LISW on the HeLa cell and discussed the sufficiency of gene transfection in the present study.
