A Study on Decision Feedback Coherent Detection Method for Meteor Burst Communications

(in English) In Meteor Burst Communications (MBC), their channels randomly open and the received signal power
through the channels varies with time and is usually modeled as an exponentially attenuated. Since the coherent detection technique requires enough extra preamble symbols to acquire for the initial carrier acquisition, the detection technique is essentially unsuitable for MBC. In this paper, we adopt the Decision Feedback Coherent Detection (DFCD), which can achieve near the coherent decision performance. In order to generate a more accurate reference signal for DFCD, we modify the DFCD suitable to Go-Back-i-symbol-ARQ scheme(GBi-ARQ), which is a good automatic repeat request scheme for MBC.
