[Special Talk] Learning-Based Super-Resolution

(in English) Super-resolution is a technique to enhance the image resolution. Unlike conventional interpolation techniques, super-resolution techniques can improve over the resolution of image sensor. Super-resolution techniques can be divided into two categories. One is called multi-frame super-resolution, which is based on sub-pixel registration among multi-frame low resolution images. Another one is called example or learning based single frame super resolution. In this paper, we will introduce several recently proposed example and learning based super resolution techniques.
