A Network of Electronic Circuits Subject to Augmented Lorenz Equations

(in English) We have recently found that a nondimensionalized expression of the equations
of motion governing the rotational motion of our chaotic gas turbine, which
might simulate the dynamical behavior of turbulent Rayleigh-B\'{e}nard
convection, is mathematically equivalent to an augmented version of the
Lorenz equations. The augmented Lorenz equations can be expressed as a starlike network of $N$ Lorenz subsystems with $N \rightarrow \infty$. In
this study, we study the hardware-implementation of the augmented Lorenz
system on the basis of a network of analog circuit systems. Its performance is examined using LTspice for circuit simulation. A method for rescaling the variables involved in the augmented Lorenz equations to better conduct circuit simulation is proposed.
