We composed the program for medical personnel in different standpoint to study the ability to practice knowledge collaboration process to discuss the problem without clear correct answer while considering a standpoint each other and use difference in each standpoint and create high quality knowledge. Now, the design, execution, the analysis, and the improvement of the learning program is scheduled to be repeated and we are aiming to approach the constituting principle of the learning program, and to make its methodology finally. |
