We evaluated the complex permittivity of conductive aqueous and organic liquids. Using TM0n0 cavity resonator with perturbation method, some of the real parts of complex permittivity are calculated as negative value when the concentration of electrolytes is high. As for this phenomenon, we considered from the viewpoint of refractive index and absorption index at complex refraction. |
