| (in English) | Many start-up companies in Silicon Valley have a synergy effects with Large Company’s business. There are kinds of complementary relations which can categorize into two patters. One is “co-existing pattern” because of both side have different value adding strategies in the same business domain. Another one is “hand-over pattern” because they have different expectation in their investment and return strategy. To understand this complementary relations between Start-ups and established companies’ business model maybe one of the key success factors for the effective “open innovation.” | |
