In multi-user distributed antenna systems, transmit schemes impact on spectral efficiency.
In this paper, we investigate the impact of transmit schemes on spectral efficiency of multi-user distributed antenna systems by making comparison of zero-forcing beamforming, antenna selection, and conventional cellular schemes.
We formulate the spectral efficiency of each scheme in a simple model and give a numerical result.
As a result, it is shown that a relation between spectral efficiency and position of users is different in each scheme. |
