Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page) 
(in English) We used grid electrode for improving efficiency of nitride-based photovoltaic cell. Compared with the conventional semitransparent electrode, the external quantum efficiency, short circuit current, open edge voltage was much improved. Moreover the conversion efficiency was improved from 2.4% to 2.8%.
