(in English) Movable underwater platforms, Autonomous underwater vehicles (AUV) and remotely operated vehicles (ROV), are utilized to explore underwater resources and to research prediction of earthquake, climate change and so on. Geostationary satellites would be improved vehicles operations because they can connect between surfaced platforms and a land-station in real-time. We carried out some sea-trials of satellite communication between a vehicle or a ship and a land-station by using the ETS-8 and the WINDS.
